“ Fairly small micropub; however, the range of drinks is impressive. Exceptionally well kept cask, the cellar must be perfect in terms of conditions, I've had very few beers in such outstanding condition. Nice range of keg, nothing particularly exceptional, but still dependable and reliable examples. Some good bar snacks were available, pork pies, olives, nuts etc. Really useful gin menu with some nice small batch Derbyshire gins on offer alongside the usual bigger brands. Outstanding job with the design of the place, clean and contemporary but retains the buildings history. Also the two young people behind the bar were polite, friendly and professional. ”
